Role Summary

The Strategic Partner Operations Lead owns the operational execution and delivery of Otto’s enterprise partnerships. This role serves as the lead for partner program delivery, internal alignment, ensuring programs are on time, scale effectively, and reach their full potential.

This role does not own clinic adoption velocity or sales outcomes. Instead, it removes friction so growth teams can execute successfully.


Key Responsibilities

Partner Execution & Delivery

  • Own day-to-day operational management of Otto’s strategic partners

  • Translate partner commitments into clear internal delivery plans

  • Ensure roadmap alignment and delivery against agreed timelines

  • Identify risks early and drive resolution

Internal Alignment & Accountability

  • Serve as the primary interface between partners and Product/Engineering

  • Hold internal teams accountable to delivery commitments

  • Run structured internal partner operating cadences (weekly/monthly)

  • Escalate strategically, not reactively

  • Leverage data and reporting capabilities to quantify results and monitor program effectiveness

Partner Relationship Management

  • Navigate complex, matrixed partner organizations

  • Drive clarity on ownership, approvals, and decisions

  • Maintain partner confidence through clear communication and follow-through

  • Prepare and lead partner execution reviews

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Align cross-functional departments around partner needs

  • Ensure growth teams have what they need to execute (enablement, readiness, clarity)

  • Act as the operational backbone behind partner expansion efforts
     

What This Role Is Not

  • Sales or quota-carrying role

  • Owner of clinic adoption velocity

  • Product Manager building features

  • Pure Account Manager or Customer Success role

**This is a delivery, leverage, and accountability role.
 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10+ years in SaaS, platform, or enterprise partnerships

  • Proven experience operating cross-functional teams

  • Strong executive communication and organizational navigation skills

  • Calm under pressure; highly structured

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs

  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools to measure program outcomes


This a remote US based work from home position. Austin, TX preferred.
